Unfortunately, it does not look like BG&E. The protagonist character passes a cow at one point, and the only other NPC's she meets are humans. In Beyond Good and Evil, there were all sorts of non-human creatures out there from space whales to flaming chickens. But I do agree with the poster on the link, if this is not BG&E, Ubisoft should steal the graphics, they are excellent.

I don't know, there were cows that were just... cows, in BG&E, in the lab section of the factory. Which weren't photograph-able, bizarrely.
