Wonders of the Triassic @ HMNH
Click on over to the Hairy Museum of Natural History and congratulate Matt on the opening of a wonderful Triassic fossil exhibit at his museum! It look mind-bogglingly cool, and must get down there one of these days. The phytosaur skulls alone are worth the trip!
Thanks for the link & compliments, Zach! It's been a fun project and I've gotten to work with a whole bunch of talented folks both within the NMMNHS and outside of it.
I'll post more phytosaur skull pics after I'm done with my well-deserved week off...those three are just the little guys...
Zachary Miller has a BA in rhetoric from the University of Alaska, but has been studying and drawing dinosaurs since he could read and hold a crayon. He currently lives near Sand Lake in Anchorage with his wife, dog, cat, and Pooh bear.
